DIRECTION TO USE:

Wet bristles of the brush head
Apply a small amount of toothpaste over the bristles
Place the bristles against your teeth at 45 degree angle, towards the gum line
While brushing the teeth, move the brush back and forth, with a circular movement over the front, back and top of your teeth
Make it a practice to brush at least twice a day for at least two minutes to maintain the health of your teeth and gums.
Take the STIM Proxa interdental brush and insert it gently between your teeth
Do not force the brush into a space, but work it gently back and forth for a few times in push-pull motion
