Description:-

Dr. Smith Model Trimmer machine is widely used in restorative dentistry, it is a necessary tool for trimming plaster models.Can be used wet or dry. Silfradent trimmers using offer the following advantages: - strong motors which rotate the disc at 2800rpm and at the same time maintaining a constant high torque; - a curved and pleasant design which is also dust and water repellent; - continuous water flow cools and washes the disc; - the model trimmer comes with solenoid valve and tap flow regulator. Silfradent Specials: - in wet trimmers, water tends to enter the zone between the disc and the motor, thus damaging motor bearings. Silfradent's viscous oil systems lubricates and protects the motor, for reliable and long usage; - an alluminium support is added to strengthen the disc against excessive pressure, thus preventing dangerous deformations during trimming.

Direction to Use:-

When you open carton, please check machine and accessory all completely ,and ready instructions before use machine.
Firstly, put machine on the flat table.
Let one side of pipe connect to the faucet, turn on the water valve.
Let sewage drain pipe connect to the outlet pipe mouth which at the bottom of electric cover, just stretch expansion pipe.
Please insert the plug of power, and then press on the switch .this model trimmer machine adopt the no-load brake (quick stop sand idling ). When power is off , sand have a noise of “CHA” is normal before stop .
If you found some rotating ring or abnormal sound during use it.Please remove the sand sheet, use allen key into the middle of gap, tighten the screw, then continue to work, this point should be pay more attention to it during daily work time.
After change new sand. Look for a hard flat bar in platform plane.
